Elizabeth & Phillip-Balboa Park, San Diego, CA

Balboa Park, located in San Diego, CA is a beautiful historic park full of architectural buildings, gardens, and museums. It’s a known spot for most San Diegans and a must see for any visitors in the area. I love doing photo sessions here as it’s so versatile and beautiful.It’s a beautiful spot for wedding, engagement, couple, family, and children sessions. When I spoke with Elizabeth and decided on this location, I knew we would be in for a special treat. Elizabeth and Phillip met while working together at Viejas Casino. He noticed her first and said he went up to her and said, “Hi, nice to meet you, I’m Phillip!” She said she never thought she would notice him as he wasn’t really her “type” but he was persuasive, funny, fun and she quickly found herself falling in love with him. He’s super cool, funny and is head over heels for her too. “Just look at her, what’s not to love about her!” Is what he said. He’s absolutely right. She’s a doll and they know how to have fun. They spent the evening running around, giving piggyback rides, hip bumping, with lots of kissing and laughing and I was there to capture it all. They’re so cute! We ended the evening with a formal look amidst the beautiful architectural structures. There was an area I had been wanting to use at the park but it’s usually too crowded. My recommendation is to go during the week. I LOVE these as much as I love them! It was so awesome meeting the both of you and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. XOXO!
